Peter Pan Learning Center PoliciesWe have an open door policy. Any time your child is in attendance, we invite you to drop in unannounced. We want you to feel completely comfortable with our staff and facility.
To comply with DHR regulations, all enrollment papers must be completed before your child attends PPLC. These include a Health Inventory form with a Lead Addendum, Immunization record, and an emergency card.
Tuition is due in advance for the upcoming week. No refunds are given for days missed due to illness, vacations, holidays, or weather related delays or closings. A paid two week notice is required before withdrawing your child.
The center is closed for seven major holidays during the school year. These include New Year's Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Parents will be notified and required to pick up their child if the child has diarrhea, is vomiting, or has a temperature of 100 degrees or above. The child must be symptom free for at least 24 hours before returning to school.
We do not follow the counties for weather related closings. However, if after listening to the weather forecast we feel that conditions are, or will be unsafe, we may either open late or close. This information will be announced by 6:00 AM on WPOC 93.1 FM and WBAL 1100 AM.
